Airfistuus™ provides documentation and operations software to behavioral health agencies. Each agency controls the records it creates in Airfistuus; Airfistuus processes that information only to provide the service to the agency.

Information we collect

Account details for agency staff (name, work email, role), information agencies and their clients enter into forms and documents, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Demo requests collect the name, work email, and agency name you provide.

How it is used

To operate the service for your agency, to keep records available to authorized staff, to maintain an audit trail, and to respond to your requests. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and access

Records are stored in Airfistuus and are accessible only to authorized users of the agency that owns them. Agency administrators can download individual documents or a full export of their agency's records.
